RONALD PRUSSING is one of the leading Brass players, Conductors, Adjudicators and Teachers in Australia today. Ronald is currently the Principal Trombone of the Sydney Symphony - Australia's premier orchestra. He is also the Conjoint Lecturer in Trombone at the Newcastle Conservatorium of Music. Ronald is also the Musical Director of Waratah Brass - one of Australia's leading brass bands. He brings to Pacific Brass a wealth of experience in directing bands and orchestras, having been the Bandmaster of the Sydney Congress Hall Band of the Salvation Army for 17 years, and having conducted many other bands and orchestras in and around the Sydney area. Ron has released a highly acclaimed solo CD with the accompaniment of the Melbourne Staff Band of the Salvation Army called ‘Classics for Trombone and Band'.
